This Autumn we are launching our first Eco Collection of Knitwear made entirely from recycled fibres. It is hard to ignore growing concerns that show the fashion industry to be unsustainable in its current form. With this in mind we have sourced some new yarns for our AW19 Poncho and Accessories Collection, which are made in the EU exclusively from recycled fibres. The fibres which make up these yarns are from both pre- and post-consumer waste, which is to say that they are made up of yarn wasted during the manufacturing process, and also from completed garments. We are pleased to be a part of the Detox Fashion Movement towards a cleaner and more sustainable future. The cotton yarn for our new Premium Collection has been manufactured by an Italian company in accordance with Greenpeace's Detox Principals. Since July 2011 , Greenpeace has secured commitments from International Brands, retailers and suppliers to eliminate hazardous chemicals from all aspects of the fashion supply chain. Today, after seven years of the "Detox My Fashion " campaign, eighty international brands, retailers and suppliers have commited to the Detox Campaign.
