Returns & Refunds Policy

Returning a Product

If you are not satisfied with your order, that's no problem, you can always return this to us for a full refund of the cost of the products. The product must be returned in 30 days with the original labels intact and if possible, in the original packaging.

To make your return, please complete the Returns Form you receive with your order and place within the parcel upon sending back to us via the Returns Address detailed on the Returns Form.

Luvvey does not cover the cost of returning an item and cannot hold responsibility of any parcels until they arrive back to us. Because of this we recommend using a tracked service and keeping hold of your receipt/proof of postage until your return has been fully processed with us at Luvvey.

Your return will be processed in approximately 7-10 working days.

 

Returning a Faulty Product

Throughout the packaging and shipment process here at Luvvey we check all products for quality to ensure the product exceeds your expectations. If, however there is a fault, please email us or call 01405 802794 with the details of the fault, order date or number and name so we can either send a replacement or refund you.

Returning an incorrectly shipped item

If we have unfortunately shipped an incorrect item we will of course be happy to rectify the issue, either email us or call 01405 802794 with the details , so we can sort the issue promptly. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. When returning goods it’s your responsibility to ensure the returned item reaches us safely and in good condition.

Please do not remove labels, and when trying on the products please refrain from wearing perfume or deodorant that may leave a scent or marks. By doing so may affect your return or refund.
